Pennine Way 2019 – Day 10 – Middleton-in-Teesdale to Dufton

Day 10 began in Middleton-in-Teesdale with a walk to Low Force and High Force waterfalls. I then climbed up and over the moors to High Cup Nick before descending in to Dufton while enjoying views of the Lake District fells.
