Peak District Cycling – Ladybower Plug Holes & Derwent Overflow

In this video Ray and I head out on the bikes to the Upper Derwent Valley armed with the DJI Phantom 4. I’d been wanting to capture the Ladybower Reservoir Plug Holes and the Derwent Dam Wall Overflowing… I wasn’t disappointed, we got some nice aerial views and had a great bike ride in the early spring sunshine.

We started from the Yorkshire Bridge Inn and firstly made our way up to capture the plug holes at Ladybower. We then headed via the road to Fairholmes and did a loop clockwise around the 3 reservoirs.

We rode up to Slippery Stones above the Howden Reservoir before heading back down the eastern side to the Yorkshire Bridge Inn
